How should I take MSM?
MSM is an extremely effective compound to use when ingested in any form:  powder,  capsules, liquid, sprayed.  MSM does have a very bitter taste so those who do not like it can take it in capsule form, or those who can handle it can eat the powder straight.  It is also very effective when used topically on the skin, like when mixed in a lotion or soap.
